AI Accuracy Clause

The news summaries, sentiment analysis, and other content generated within the Finsight app are created by artificial intelligence (AI). While we strive for accuracy, these AI-generated summaries may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

You should not rely solely on this information for making financial decisions. Always verify information from multiple sources before trading or investing.

Subscriptions

Finsight offers paid subscriptions ("Pro") that provide access to premium features, such as unlimited article summaries and an ad-free experience. All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and are processed by Apple.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device's Account Settings after purchase. For more details, please visit Apple's support page on managing subscriptions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
